"Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or uses the we888 Platform. "Account" means the individual member account opened by a Player following successful registration. "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees. "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures. 2.1 Access to the we888 Platform and the ability to register an Account is restricted to individuals who are aged 18 years or over at the time of registration. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the we888 Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. we888 does not provide legal advice and nothing on this Platform constitutes a representation that online gambling or sports betting is permitted in any specific jurisdiction.
2.3 we888 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to we888's satisfaction may be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld until verification is complete.
2.4 Employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors of we888 and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or place Wagers on the Platform.
3.1 One Account per person is permitted. Registering duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update that information if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your we888 login credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted under your Account is deemed to have been carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. we888 accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 You must notify we888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. we888 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
4.1 All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). we888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR only. No currency conversion is applied at the Platform level.
4.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: JazzCash mobile wallet, Easypaisa mobile wallet, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the Account cashier at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC identity verification has been completed to we888's satisfaction. Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued identification document (CNIC or passport). we888 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit on the same Account, subject to the availability of that withdrawal method. we888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 we888 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from accounts or payment instruments held in the name of the Account holder. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended.
4.6 we888 is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks.
5.1 All Bets placed on the we888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, or other game formats — as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail in relation to that product.
5.2 A Bet is final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. we888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed Bets, except as expressly provided for within specific product rules (for example, Cash Out functionality where available).
5.3 we888 reserves the right to void any Bet, in whole or in part, and to withhold or reclaim any associated winnings in the following circumstances: (a) the Bet was placed at incorrect or erroneous odds or game parameters resulting from a technical error; (b) we888 has reasonable grounds to believe the Bet was placed in violation of these Terms; (c) the relevant event or game result is subject to dispute, cancellation, or regulatory investigation; or (d) the Bet was facilitated by fraud, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
5.4 Minimum and maximum Bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. we888 reserves the right to alter individual player betting limits at its sole discretion.
6.1 we888 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, or other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonuses credited to a we888 Account are subject to a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
6.3 we888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a Player has already opted into a promotion and is actively fulfilling a wagering requirement, we888 will honour the terms of that promotion as published at the time of opt-in, except in cases of fraud or abuse.
6.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using promotional funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we888 Platform:
Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
8.1 All content on the we888 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and interface design, is the property of we888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the we888 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we888 excludes all liability for: (a) loss of winnings or profits; (b) loss of data; (c) interruption of service due to technical faults, maintenance, or third-party infrastructure failures; and (d) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
9.2 we888 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from error, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit we888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10.1 we888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as entertainment and should never be undertaken as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. All games and betting markets on the we888 Platform carry a statistical house advantage.
10.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players from within the we888 Account dashboard at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods (temporary account suspension), and permanent self-exclusion.
10.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, we888 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the Platform and will not knowingly send you promotional material during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms.

11.1 You may close your we888 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements.
11.2 we888 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation. In cases of verified fraud, your Account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
11.3 we888 may terminate inactive Accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Any balance in an inactive Account at termination will be held by we888 in accordance with applicable dormant account regulations.
12.1 we888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Account holders via the registered email address at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.
12.2 Your continued use of the we888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which we888 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
13.2 If you have a complaint regarding your we888 Account or any transaction on the Platform, you should contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance. we888 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt.
13.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the we888 internal process, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution service available through the licensing authority under which we888 operates. Details of applicable dispute resolution procedures are available on request.
